Making all our patients feel right at home is important to us. Dr. Brown's team is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide healthful, energetic and fun-loving treatment to each patient. We are regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars to stay abreast of the latest in patient care, technology, and orthodontic advances.

Tracey Mathieu

Tracey.jpgTracey Mathieu is usually the first person you see upon arriving at Dr. Brown’s office. She has been a part of the orthodontic team for over 18 years. Tracey spends her free time with her husband, Myles, and their young son, Liam. She completed an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts in June 1984 at Corning Community College. In 1993, Tracey completed the requirements for the Licensed Massage Therapist Certification in Sports Medicine. She also enjoys time at the beach, time with her extended family and reading mystery books.

Heather Lloyd

Heather.jpgHeather Lloyd has been part of our orthodontic team for over 15 years. She enjoys the hands-on assisting in the clinical area and has also become the team’s computer expert. Her favorite leisure activities are reading, completing crossword puzzles, watching classic movies and camping. Heather is completing course work for an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science at Corning Community College.

Vikki Pike

Vikki.jpgVikki Pike has been a part of the team for over 6 years. Previously, she worked as an orthodontic assistant for 8 ½ years before joining Dr. Brown in 2007. Vikki is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. At home, she enjoys cooking with her husband, Lynn. Most of Vikki’s free time is spent with her children and her new granddaughter, Jayden! She also enjoys quilting, gardening and playing softball.

Valerie Folnsbee

Valerie.jpgValerie Folnsbee joined our staff in February 2013, and is excited to be a part of Dr. Brown’s team! She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2007 from Roberts Wesleyan College and her Master of Science in Education Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University in 2009. Valerie worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Elmira for three years and was looking for a career change. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Neil; her family; and her dog, Lyla. Valerie also spends her time baking, reading and snowboarding.

Jennifer Woodard

Jennifer.jpgJennifer has moved back to the area after living in Oklahoma for the past 10 years, where she worked as a dental assistant at a general practice. Jennifer graduated from Corning Community College in 2000 with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. Before returning to the region, she became DANB certified (Dental Assisting National Board), so that she could continue her passion for dentistry here. Jen loves reading mysteries and John Grisham novels, remodeling home decor, antiquing and spending time with her family, especially her husband, David, and her three daughters: Auburn, Reese and London.
